Description
This organic Dijon mustard by the Curtice Brothers is prepared according to a traditional French recipe with stone-ground brown and black mustard seeds. The speciality of this classic lies in the mustard seeds that are not de-oiled and therefore retain their full-bodied aroma. Its mild acidity comes from the juice of white grapes that are harvested and pressed before their sugar content increases and the bitter tones fade away. With a wonderful interplay of robust heat, aromatic oils and grape tannins, it is the perfect accompaniment to a hearty roast. Sauces and dressings can be wonderfully refined with this organic Dijon mustard.
