Description
This blackcurrant jam is made according to a traditional family recipe that has been handed down through generations. The generous fruit content (50%) gives it and intensely fruity taste and aroma.
Blackcurrants, sugar, lemon juice concentrate and pectin as the gelling agent are gently heated and carefully stirred to make this delicious jam. It is then finely strained to give it a smooth, even consistency - delicious at breakfast or as a baking ingredient.
