Description
The meat used for this ham is carefully selected from purebred DUROC free range pics. The ham is carefully cut and is prepared using traditional Carinthian methods. The DUROC pigs are fed natural food and are kept outside the whole year round. The way the pigs are raised and fed creates a very high quality meat. The ham is seasoned using a traditional spice blend and is smoked over beech wood. The traditional processing methods Frierss uses gives the meat the perfect finish, ensuring a juicy and flavourful taste.
