Description
Fleckerl is a classic Austrian pasta shape. It is made from wholegrain durum wheat semolina that contains the wheat germ and outer layers too - thus giving the pasta its light colour.
It is also very flavourful and rich in fibre. Certified vegan.
Preparation: Bring plenty of lightly salted water to the boil in a large pot - take 1 litre water per 100 g pasta. Add the pasta and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes for an al dente texture. Serve warm.
