Description
In just three steps, you can make your own fine, small pralines with delicate hay-milk chocolate, crunchy pumpkin seeds (from Styria) and handmade biscuit crumbs sourced from a small bakery. Just add some milk or rum and butter and the tempting reats will be ready on the table for you and your guests.
Preparation in three easy steps:
- Carefully transfer the chopped pumpkin seeds (the top layer of the baking mix) to a flat plate.
- Make a dough by mixing the remaining ingredients of the baking mix with 2 tablespoons of milk or rum and 40 grams butter.
- Divide the dough into small equal size pieces and shape into balls. Roll them in the chopped pumpkin seeds.
