Description
This tasty jam is made of both fresh and frozen fruit. The hand selected sour cherries are mixed with sugar and pectin and then gently heated in a vacuum. The hot jam is pasteurised and filled into jars. The jam is lovely on breakfast toast, croissants or pancakes and is also delicious in cakes or on desserts.
