Description
Here 3 exclusive ingredients come together to make a particularly fine flavoured sugar:
- Demerara Sugar: The golden, large crystals are obtained from sugar cane juice. Tastes similar to caramel.
- Tonka Bean: These are the seeds of the ripe fruits of the tonka tree. In order to release the characteristic taste of vanilla and bitter almond, tonka beans have to undergo a fermentation process.
- Tahiti Vanilla: Obtained from the Vanilla Tahitiensis orchid, this is a particularly exclusive variety of vanilla. Compared to other types of vanilla, Tahiti vanilla has a unique, floral aroma.
The Stay Spiced! TNT Sugar is intensely aromatic and should therefore be used sparingly. This also makes it very economical.
