Description
The exotic way to add flavour to salads such as rocket, raw vegetable salads, Asia salad and fruits.It can be used to refine sauces with its exotic notes and tastes great with fish. It can be drizzled on desserts such as fruit tiramisu and ice cream and used as in ingredients in mirror glazes on cakes. It is also perfect as a base for exotic drinks!
NON ESSIG is mainly used to season salads but can also be used in many other ways. With reduced acetic acid, it creates space for lots of taste and culinary delights!

- Spin the salads dry beforehand
- Whip up a frothy salad dressing (with a fork or a blender) together with some good oil, salt, mustard and spices
