NON ESSIG Pear is a classic salad seasoning for all kinds of salads. It can be used to refine sauces and pickled vegetables too. Added to beverages it tastes simply delicious!
NON ESSIG is mainly used with salads but can also be used in many other ways. With reduced acetic acid, it creates space for lots of flavour and culinary delights!
Tips:
- Shake well
- Use undiluted
- Spin the salads dry beforehand
- Whip up a frothy salad dressing (with a fork or a blender) together with some good oil, salt, mustard and spices.
