Baccili Whole Grain Pasta

The Pasta Integrale or whole grain pasty by Baccili is made exclusively with strong, aromatic whole wheat flour. The ingredients used to make this pasta are sourced from Italy or the Innviertel region and the eggs are local. The result is whole grain pasta with an incomparable taste that goes very well with tomato sauce, pine nut pesto and cheese.

Baccili Selezione whole grain pasta is made according to traditional recipes. Sauces stick particularly well to the pappardelle pasta which acquire the perfect al denta texture when cooked. Since whole grain has a unique taste of its own, this pasta should be served with spices such as garlic, wild garlic and pancetta.

The pasta is slowly dried and sold in conveniently sized packs. The 250 g pack is sufficient for 2 people. Perfect as a unique, special gift.
