Description

The premium beechwood smoking chips by Vulkanland Hulz are obtained from wood from their own forests in the Vulkanland region of Styria. The high-quality product is packed by hand. Beechwood chips have a variety of uses and are particularly recommended for use with fish and poultry because of the subtle smoke aroma.

How to use: Soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes before use. Drain the water and spread the chips directly on hot charcoal. In a gas grill, place the chips in a smoker box on the grill grate.
