Organic "White Crisp" by Zotter Chocolate is a vegan chocolate treat with a chocolate ganache filling made from rice couverture, almond paste and almond oil. The crunchy texture comes from almond brittle and fine corn flakes. It is covered with a smoothly melting white rice couverture with a delicious vanilla flavour.
