Bake Affair Organic "Merry Christmas" Winter Pancakes

It's Christmas at Bake Affair! And with this mix for delicious organic winter pancakes, it'll be Christmas in your kitchen too. Whip up a delicious batch of pancakes quickly and easily and fill your home with the wonderful aroma of fragrant Christmas spices. The mix contains no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

Additional ingredients needed:

• 400 ml water
• Butter or vegetable oil as needed

How to prepare the pancakes:

1. Transfer the contents of the pack into a large bowl or Thermomix
2. Add 400 ml of water to it and whisk with a wire whisk or handheld mixer. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter or vegetable oil.
4. Add a ladleful of the batter to the pan and shape into a pancake. After about 1 minute (or when bubbles start to form), flip the pancake and cook for 1 more minute.
5. Serve the pancakes as desired with your choice of syrup, fruits, muesli, yoghurt and much more.
6. One pack is enough to make 17 pancakes.
