The Iceline series by Berndorf features top-quality stainless steel knives. The stainless steel blade is forged from one piece and is ice-hardened (hardened, tempered and deep-frozen to achieve approx. 56 HRC on the Rockwell hardness scale). This ham knife is ideal for cutting thin slices of ham and is also sharp enough for filleting fish and cutting wafer-thin slices of meat.
The finely polished surface of the blade offers maximum rust resistance and the slim bolster provides excellent protection for fingers. The cutting edge can be sharpened if necessary without damaging the bolster. The sturdy blade and the velvety handle harmonise beautifully and the joint is tightly sealed.
