Description

Like all DIE KÄSEMACHER products, the Waldviertel Goaßkas cheese is made with love. The semi-hard heese is hand-made and hand-scooped. It is made from a traditional Waldviertel region recipe.

The slightly sour taste and the delicate goat's milk aroma make the Goaßkas very versatile. It is great on a cheese platter, for making gratins, for salads, or for any other dish you would like to try it with!

  • Tip: Why not try a sophisticated dessert with the Waldviertel Goaßkas cheese? Try it with plum jam in a pastry! Yum!
