This cheese speciality combines the savoury, sour flavours of sheep's cheese with earthy truffle notes. It's a real highlight on any cheese platter! The cheese is also suitable for cooking, as the truffles retain their aroma even when heated.

Like the sheep's milk, the recipe for these semi-hard cheeses comes from the region around the Lower Austrian Waldviertel. It goes without saying that only the best ingredients and no additives are used in the production of the truffle cheese.
