This unique wild game specialty is elaborately hand-made and carefully smoked over beech wood and juniper berries before maturing in the crystal-clear Carinthian mountain air for ten weeks. Selected spices such as coriander, caraway and pepper give it its spicy, aromatic character. The salami seduces with a full-bodied taste with a subtle hint of garlic and is the perfect choice for hearty snacks as well as lovingly arranged delicatessen plates.
