This natural rice is only peeled and not polished, meaning that the silver membrane (bran) is still on the grain. This gives the rice a more intense flavour. Natural rice is known for its high percentage of fibre and minerals and could have a positive effect on digestion.
Preparation:
- To cook the rice, use 1 part rice to 2 parts of water. The rice needs to cook for approx. 60 min.
