Description
Pastrami is a New York classic dish made with very flavourful, smoked red meat that is thinly sliced and eaten with delicious ingredients in a crispy sandwich.
Making pastrami yourself is not a problem - you just need patience. First, pickle the meat in the fridge with the Pastrami STARTER spice for about 2-3 weeks. Then wash it off well, pat it dry and rub it with approx. 75 g Pastrami FINAL spice. Then, press the meat firmly and get ready to smoke or grill. Depending on the type of meat and your personal preferences, cook for approx. 3 - 8 hours. Allow the smoked meat to cool, vacuum seal it and leave it in the fridge for about a week, then cut thinly and enjoy.

- Can also be used for poultry, pork and veal.
