Description
This is exactly how a classic Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria should taste. Since this year this region and this wine are classified as Südsteiermark DAC. Harvested from different locations, expanded in a steel tank and always ready to be enjoyed. On the nose, a subtle scent of gooseberry, a juicy elegant texture of peach and some paprika. The crisp acidity gives it a bite and represents the region exactly. Fresh in the reverberation, very dry and yet with a delicate touch of blossom honey.
A nice choice for the summer and great companion to light appetizers and salads.
