About the chocolate:
- A mix of nutty flavours. Bacon cracklings are roasted until crispy and then caramelised. Hazelnut nougat vies with the cracklings for this nutty flavour. Refined with cinnamon and coated in noble bitter chocolate.

The bacon crackings are used as a novel way to add texture; one that differs significantly to more usual alternatives (Crisped rice, wafer, brittle etc); not just a novelty, they successfully serve a clever purpose.
Even then, the star though is the spicing in the hazelnut praline base - cardamom and star anise - which really lifts the whole bar.
