Zotter Schokoladen Greetings from Styria

A mix of two real Styrian specialties - Schilcher wine and pumpkin seeds plus a unique dark milk chocolate with 60% cocoa. The ganache made with sparkling Schilcher rosé, (which is a protected regional product made exclusively in Styria) combines with a melty layer of pumpkin seed nougat in it characteristic green color. Pumpkin seeds are a Styrian specialty and are mostly processed into the famous pumpkin seed oil. Josef Zotter transforms the pumpkin seeds into a nougat rarity that is available only at Zotter. It doesn't get any more Styrian!
