Inside, a genuinely vibrant grapefruit filling awaits. This striking pink ganache is crafted from grapefruit, white chocolate, and a squeeze of lime. Raspberry couverture is used to achieve the beautiful colour effect before the ganache is thinly coated with a fruity passion fruit couverture. The entire creation is encased in Zotter's popular 50% dark milk chocolate.
