The Caldera Topaz is a lovely apple wine. It is fresh with a nice acidity that blends with a balanced sweetness and flowery, defined flavors. Alc. 7.2% vol.

• The Caldera wine is based on exclusive fruits grown in Styria's Volcanic Country. Seven of the best companies from the area have joined forces to create wine here. The wine is based on an apple blend of varieties like Maschanzker, Crown Prince Rudolf, Braeburn and Jonagold apples.
• The Caldera wines come in dry, semi-dry or sweet varieties and have an alcohol content of 5 to 8 percent. The Caldera wine is a welcome alternative to beer and wine and makes for a great treat!
