Recheis Goldmarke Penne

Penne are probably among the most popular pasta shapes worldwide. The penne from the Goldmakre line by Recheis are made with top quality durum wheat semolina and eggs from Austria. The ridged shape allows sauces to stick better and the flavourful pasta retains a firm bite after cooking. In addition to the famous penne all'arrabbiata, penne also goes very well with other sauces, in pasta salads and in casseroles.

Note: Bring salted water to the boil in a large pot. Take 1 litre water per 100 g pasta. Stir from time to time and cook for 9 minutes for al dente firmness. Drain and serve immediately. Enjoy!
