The Peter Skoff winery is known for its excellent Sauvignon Blancs from Kranachberg in southern Styria. And this sparkling version reflects its origins clearly.

Fermented traditionally in the bottle for 18 months and then disgorged, this sparkling wine from Austria brings out its typical varietal flavours in the glass. Fragrant with exotic fruits paired with fresh acidity and only very slightly yeasty notes. Delicate sparkle, subtle fruity sweetness and elegant perlage on the finish.

A delightful aperitif and a festive way to celebrate special occasions.
