Zotter Schokoladen Labooko "70% Congo"

This is a dark chocolate with cocoa from 'Mountains of the Moon' in Congo. 1,000 small farmers cultivate fair trade organic cocoa on the slopes of the mythical mountain group. Selected, large cocoa beans they call "Selection Noir de Noir" are mild and aromatic.

Aroma flavours: Berry grainy notes, subtle red wine accents, mild fermentation and spicy notes

Flavours: Notes of almonds, lightly salted toast with butter, slightly nutty with creamy and aniseed notes, dried fruit, red fruit, light spice, lye biscuits, grapefruit on the finish
